England Championship Wrestling's 4th Annual BIRTHDAY BASH is being hailed as one of the
greatest events in the history of NECW.
The 2004 BIRTHDAY BASH spanned two
consecutive nights and was topped by the first ever IRON 8 Championship Tournament
as eight great stars squared off in 4 anything-goes singles battles the first night, with
the winners meeting in a 4-way, 45 minute, Ironman classic. The IRON 8 is the
ultimate test of skill, stamina and strategy as the final four waged a classic battle into
overtime! The near hour-long final would be reason enough to buy this video, but
there is so much more!
The two night spectacular featured
several title changes, plus - not one, but two incredible women's bouts - "The
Heartbreak 8" an 8 woman tag team elimination bout and "The Heartbreak 8
Remix", a rematch the following night feauring Japanese star, Sumie Sakai. In
addition, "The Egomaniac" Johnny Idol and "Strangler" Steve King try
and settle their bitter feud with a "Kiss My Foot Match" and much more,
including a special video apperance by OVW & WWE's Jim Cornette!
